This is so delicious and easy! That is all I have to say you should make it! I promise you will love it! This is a regular rotation in our house.

1 1/2-2 pounds chicken parts. I usually use thighs and drumsticks. Rinsed and patted dry.
1/2 cups Tamari Sauce or Soy Sauce, 1/2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard, 1 whole Orange Juiced or 1/4 cup Orange Juice, 2 tablespoons Honey, 3 cloves Garlic, and 1 tablespoon Grated Fresh Ginger, mix well.
Pour over chicken and refrigerate up to a day until ready to use.
Bake in a 400 degree oven flipping pieces every 15 minutes for about 1 hour 15 minutes, until chicken is glazed and no longer pink next to the bone.
Enjoy with some rice and a veggie!
