  3. Oh my goodness, this looks heavenly! That topping looks to die for, and I love the thick ribbon of strawberry rhubarb filling running through the center of the cake (so many coffee cakes I've seen have a great topping, but then the cake itself is rather nondescript, with nothing interesting punctuating its texture). I'll definitely have to give this a try!

  6. I made it vegan by using egg substitute, vegan margarine, and coconut milk vs sour cream. Added about 1/2 cup more flour to make less runny. Amazing result - big fluffy delicious cake! Awesome recipe! Thx

  9. Prep time was a little understated. I used convection bake and it took about 70 minutes. The cake is fantastic! I thought a little heavy on the topping but husband absolutely loved it. Thanks for a great recipe.

  10. Made it vegan with vegan butter, half a banana, 1/4 c apple sauce and 2 egg replacers. Subbed sour cream for vegan yogurt, just had mixed berry flavour, pretty darn good.
