Sparkling Raspberry Lemonade

Easy to make Sparkling Raspberry Lemonade is light and refreshing drink recipe. It can easily be made into a Raspberry Lemonade Cocktail by adding a shot of your favorite liquor.

Sparkling Raspberry Lemonade with a cocktail option is a easy to make refreshing drink from Serena Bakes Simply From Scratch.

We made Sparkling Raspberry Lemonade last weekend because it's one of our favorite drinks since it's so versatile. Plus it's so easy to make and a favorite year around in our house.

Frozen Raspberry Lemonade just isn't the same, when you make homemade lemonade it's easy to control how sweet you like it, and the fresh lemon and raspberries can't be beat.

The addition of sparkling water makes this a light and refreshing drink perfect to enjoy on a hot day. Sometimes we'll add a shot of vodka or favorite liquor to the serving glasses for an adult friendly Raspberry Lemonade Cocktail.

If your feeling a little bit naughty soak additional raspberries in vodka or favorite liquor for an hour for a spiked garnish.

Be warned those little soaked berries can be a bit dangerous!

Here's how I make Sparkling Raspberry Lemonade:

Coffee-mate® Girl Scouts® Thin Mints® Flavored Hot Fudge Sauce

When I was in Girl Scouts, we had some wonderful troop leaders who spent a lot of time teaching us to be resourceful and creative.

We made butter from scratch, learned to sew, and replanted trees in an area that needed it; but one of my favorite things was when it was time to sell cookies.

I loved the fact my Granny would stock up on Thin Mints® for an after lunch treat or dessert.
It's one of those cookies you can never tire of.

So when I was having a craving for Thin Mints® the other night, I used my smart cookie skills that I
learned in Girl Scouts to make a Life Hack for a quick Hot Fudge Sauce... what's not to love?

Blackberry Moscow Mules recipe are easy to make cocktail with fresh blackberries, vodka, and ginger beer from Serena Bakes Simply From Scratch.
I can't get these Blackberry Moscow Mules out of my brain ever since Colt made them the other night.

Our sweet neighbors showed up at the door step the other morning and dropped off a huge tub of blackberries so when Colt came home from work and spotted the fridge full of berries he became a mixologist.

Blackberry Moscow Mules are my new fav must have drink.

Check out how gorgeous they are and the flavor flav is totally out of this world even as a mocktail.

Perfect for a cocktail night at home or with company, what's not to love.

Blackberry Crumb Bars

Thursday, August 7, 2014
Blackberry Crumb Bars with a scoop of vanilla ice cream from Serena Bakes Simply From Scratch.

One of my favorite things about this time of year is the abundance of blackberries. I adore these juicy little gems.

Blackberry seasons in full swing and LJ has been out picking a bumper crop for me daily and freezing them for future use. Have I told you how much I love that boy, he's great about helping out when I need him and guilting his brother and sister into helping him. He even went out early the other morning to come home with fresh Blackberries to make these Blackberry Crumb Bars that are out of this world.

Who can pass on a crunchy layer of pressed crumb filled with blackberry filling and then a crunchy crumb topping?

Totally worth a face plant into the pan.

They are amazing plain but a scoop of vanilla ice cream makes them an extra special treat.

Be prepared.. I'm pretty sure more blackberry recipes are on the way with the way my kids been picking!

Here's how to make these delicious Blackberry Crumb Bars:
