Greek Feta Dip
Ingredients
- 8 ounces Neufchatel or Cream Cheese, Room Temperature
- 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2/3 cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Chives, Chopped
- 2 teaspoons Fresh Dill, Chopped
- 1 teaspoon Rosemary
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon Granulated Garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
- In a mixer add all ingredients and use a whisk attachment, whip until well blended, and light.
- If time allows refrigerate for a few hours.
- Serve dip with pita chips and fresh vegetables.
