Chicken Cordon Bleu Noodle Skillet

This post was sponsored by No Yolks as part of an Influencer Activation for Influencer Central, and all opinions expressed are my own.

Chicken Cordon Bleu Noodle Skillet is the best thing ever since sliced bread.

I adore Chicken Cordon Bleu, but this easy skillet dinner takes it to a whole 'nother level. Chicken and ham are cooked in a creamy gruyere sauce, with No Yolk Broad Noodles, and finished with a crunchy panko topping.
Did I mention start to finish it takes 20 minutes? As if all the other reasons weren't enough.

Creamy, cheesy, chicken, ham, and noodle deliciousness. It's the ultimate party for your mouth!

I love how versatile No Yolks are, they are amazing in just about any soup, or when creating new dishes like Kale with Walnut Pesto. They aren't just for Stroganoff or casseroles folks!

I choose to use No Yolks as a healthy egg noodle alternative since they are made from egg whites, and contain no cholesterol. Plus they are low in fat, and sodium. They are a high quality noodle that always cook up smooth, firm, fluffy, and maintain their texture for a dependable outcome for your favorite recipes.

Add 1 tablespoon Olive Oil, 1 tablespoon Butter, and 1 cup Diced Onion to a large pan or pot with lid. Sauté over medium-high heat until starting to caramelize. Add 1 whole Chicken Breast Diced, 1 1/2 cups Diced Ham, 1/2 teaspoon Granulated Garlic, and 1/2 teaspoon Thyme. Cook until chicken is lightly starting to brown.
Stir in 8 ounces No Yolk Broad Noodles.
Then add 2 3/4 cups Chicken Stock and 1 cup Half & Half. Stir until well combined and bring to a simmer. Cover, reduce heat to low, stir pasta halfway through cooking, and cook for 10 minutes, or until pasta is tender.
Stir in 2 cups Grated Gruyere Cheese.
In a small pan toast 1/2 cup Panko Bread Crumb in 1 1/2 tablespoons Butter, until golden brown.
Sprinkle toasted panko bread crumbs evenly over the Chicken Cordon Bleu Noodles, and enjoy!
