We love Peppermint Chocolate Chip Cookies during Christmas. I'm a mint and chocolate aholic when the temperature drops so these definitely hit the spot.

Peppermint Mocha Chocolate Chip Cookies are soft, and chewy with a crispy edge. It's a double chocolate mocha with peppermint, chocolate chips, and peppermint pieces.

They are perfect for dipping in hot chocolate or milk, while snuggled up next to the fireplace. Plus Santa's sure to love them!

Whole Wheat Hostess Cupcakes filled with Homemade Marshmallow Creme.Whole-Wheat-Hostess-Cupcakes.jpgThe post we have all been waiting for has arrived! Copycat Hostess Cupcakes with whole wheat, I promise no one will know these are high in fiber! All I can say is once you taste these babies you will never go back! There is nothing like a homemade hostess cupcakes and I award my kiddos with these once in a blue moon as a treat, since we avoid prepackaged foods in our house! These are eye rolling in the back of your head good! Truly if I wasn't trying to watch my girlish figure for the up coming summer I could make these weekly and be in eternal bliss!

Molasses Chocolate Chip Cookies

Molasses-Chocolate-Chip-Cookies.jpgThese are so delish! Super moist, my mouth is watering just thinking about them. Don't be scared of the dark color the molasses helped the cookies stay super soft in the middle with a little bit of crispness on the outside. They are long gone the kids, husband and my self ate probably 1 too many and I could easily make another batch and continue to enjoy them with pure satisfaction. You see the worse part about  making these cookies was I decided to taste the dough before I baked them, then I had to taste a little more, you know to make sure it was alright. Needless to say by the end of my "tasting" we where lucky to still have cookies. I'm usually not a cookie dough kind of girl, but that was some good dough. It's the raw eggs, I just can't bring myself to eat the dough because of the eggs, but this dough caught me off guard.
