Life had been super busy and I just so happened to have chicken breast and ketchup so Crock Pot Pulled Chicken Sandwiches it was. This girl had the most dreaded job to do because our dryer broke and I didn't have much time to worry about dinner.

The kids were licking their plates and fighting for leftovers! You would think I hadn't fed them in a week.

The part they hated the most was waiting for me to get a picture so we could eat. I make the kids wait to eat until everyone has been seated on most nights.

Crock Pot Pulled Chicken with Homemade BBQ Sauce is a favorite easy fix it and forget it dinner recipe.

  2. The crockpot is one of the greatest inventions, I love using it! I always use it to make pulled sandwiches like this, mainly pulled pork. This recipe looks delicious and I will definitely have to try. If you want to try a different BBQ sauce you should try my Chipotle Pomegrante Sauce, it's one of my favorites!

  7. made this for the 2nd time tonight. don't know what happened. 1st time it was perfect. I did cut the recipe in half. today I followed the directions the same as I thought I had 1st time, but at 6 hours on high it was a burnt mess-barely edible. at one point I had checked it and it seemed tender and the sauce looked good. should have stopped cooking at that point. I may have also ruined my slow cooker as everything is stuck to the bottom. live and learn.
