Lemon Snowball Cookies are a delicious Christmas Cookie.

The ingredient list for these cookies are super simple with only 6 ingredients, and about 12 minutes to make the dough! Making these a favorite easy cookie recipe.

The kids always loved to make Snowball Cookies when they were little since it's fun to roll the dough and dust with powdered sugar.

Lemon Snowball Cookies are a light and crumbly cookie that just melts in your mouth. I find the lemon flavor intensifies as they sit overnight and are best eaten the next day making these perfect to give out for Christmas.

Here's how to make these Lemon Snowball Cookies:

O Organic Powdered Sugar, O Organic All-Purpose Flour and lemons laying on a wood cutting board.

First I placed an order with Safeway for Drive Up & Go™ to save time and money when I decided to make these Lemon Snowball Cookies.

I find using Drive Up and Go™ saves us times and money since it prevents us from wondering around the grocery store making unplanned purchases. I also love that the app shows me while ordering if I missed any just for U ® savings so I can add them.

Once my order is pulled Safeway sends an email with the receipt and letting me know it's ready to go..

At the store we pull into the designated Drive Up & Go™ spot and call the number on the sign. We tell them what spot number we are in. Then they bring the groceries out and load them in the trunk! I absolutely love the service!

Lemon Snowball Cookies in a pile with a container of vanilla extract in front and Debi Lilly Flowers in back on a wood cutting board.

The floral department at Safeway carries gorgeous Debi Lilly Design™ bouquets like the Alpine Frost Bouquet featured above in a Glossy Ceramic Mason Vase. Debi's arrangements are so generous! I had flowers left over that could be used to decorate the lemon cookies box to give or make another small bouquet.

I attended a virtual event with Debi Lilly and learned a lot of floral tips. A few of my favorite tips are start with the biggest flowers when making an arrangement and cut the stems just slightly taller than the vase for a professional look. Make sure to add the flower packet and cut the stems at an angle to prolong flower life. Debi also said if you're in a hurry you can ask your floral department for a piece of ribbon to add a personalized touch to your bouquet or gift.

Make sure to grab a few Debi Lilly Designs Fa La La Giftable Candles to give and to keep because 1 just won't be enough! They smell absolutely divine! It smells like Christmas plus they come in a super cute container perfect for decorating!
