Shrimp Scampi with Linguine Pasta in a white wine sauce on a plate is an easy recipe from Serena Bakes Simply From Scratch.

The recipe for Linguine with Shrimp Scampi was shared in the very early days of this blog.

Shrimp  has been long over due for a new picture but every time we enjoyed it for dinner I lacked enough light outside by the time dinner was done and I couldn't find a better excuse to make this easy recipe for dinner then I needed to update the picture.

I almost always have the ingredients on hand to make this Shrimp Scampi with Pasta.

Shrimp Scampi is a delicious meal in under 30 minutes, perfect for a busy weeknight yet I make this quite often for company too.

I just adore quick easy dinner recipes.

Shrimp Scampi was my Hubby's Father's Day requested dinner. It was delicious as always.

He is an amazing man who at this very moment has torn apart my kitchen to fix the back splash for my new stove.

Shrimp Scampi with Pasta is a pretty quick and easy meal to put together!

Cooked Pink Shrimp for Shrimp Scampi Recipe.

Wine and Water added to deglaze pan for Shrimp Scampi.

Add:
  • 1 1/2 cups Reserved Pasta Water
  • 3/4 cup Dry White Wine like Pinot Grigio

Toss in your pasta and mix to coat. Cook over medium low. Cover.

The goal is for the pasta to thicken the liquid, creating an easy Shrimp Scampi Sauce.

Shrimp Scampi tossed with pasta and parsley.

Chop a large handful of parsley, about 3/4 cup chopped. Add to noodles.

Toss shrimp back in.

Squeeze 1 whole lemon over the top and toss to coat evenly.

If pasta has absorbed too much water you can add another 1/4 cup pasta water until saucy.

Enjoy Shrimp Scampi with Pasta Recipe with your favorite glass of wine and some good company!
