Creamy Tomato Tortellini Soup is bound to be a family favorite that's done in under 30 minutes.

Creamy Tomato Tortellini Soup might seem out of place with summer right around the corner but we live in Washington so you never know what kind of weather we might have plus it's so good I would hate to hold out on you until fall.

This is one of those soups that makes your want to shove yo face into it. The kids asked if I would make it 2 nights in a row and LJ (the boy who doesn't like cheese) dug in for seconds, and I can't get enough of this Creamy Tomato Tortellini Soup.

Plus did I mention dinner is done in under 30 minutes making it an easy dinner or lunch for any day of the week. Double high five, chest bump, score!

This is just my opinion and I received no compensation for saying that.. Just a little fyi.

  7. I'm so happy you didn't hold out on us until Fall, Serena! I hated tortellini as a kid, but with age, I grew wiser and now I can't get enough of it. This is such a fun soup, and I'm adding it to my menu whether it's 100 degrees or not! ;) Pinned!
