Butterscotch Coffee

I'm excited to be sharing with you my recipe for Butterscotch Sauce to make the most delicious Butterscotch Coffee for the holidays.

Butterscotch Sauce is a favorite in our morning coffee but it's also delicious over the top of ice cream... Hint..Hint...

This Butterscotch Coffee will save you a trip to your local coffee shop saving a few bucks and is sooo delicious! 

To make Butterscotch Sauce whisk together until well combined:

• 1/4 cup Melted Butter
• 1 cup Brown Sugar

Slowly stir in 1 cup Heavy Cream, and 1 pinch Salt. 
Bring to a boil, and cook for 3 minutes until thickened over medium heat.

Remove from heat, and stir in 1 teaspoon Vanilla. Allow to cool until ready to use.

To make Butterscotch Coffee, brew coffee to your favorite strength, and add desired amount of Butterscotch Sauce to the bottom of glass.

Add additional Butterscotch Sauce to the top of coffee if desired and enjoy!
