Balsamic Steak Shish Kabobs

A summer time favorite Balsamic Steak Shish Kabobs are delicious on the grill.

I just love everything about shish kabobs.
Veggies and meat barbecued on a skewer.
Watching the kids eat off the skewer in pure bliss like it's corn on the cob.
Or maybe its just not summer without grilling some shish kabobs.
Whatever the reason is I'm excited for the sun and many more nights this summer of different versions of Shish Kabobs.
Are you in need of a tasty cocktail to enjoy with your Balsamic Steak Shish Kabobs? Make sure to check out Mango Pineapple Mint Daiquiris and Pink Grapefruit Lime Margaritas. Both are perfect summertime cocktails.
This recipe was shared over at The Shine Supper Club dinner on the grill.

Combine all ingreadients for Balsamic marinade and marinade beef for 1-2 hours.
After meat is marinated skewer meat along with desired vegetables.
We like to use onion, bell peppers, zucchini, mushrooms, pineapple and sometimes tomatoes.

Brush remaining marinade over the veggies and cook on a hot grill until meat is desired doneness.
