Flourless Brownie Peanut Butter Swirl Cookies were born in that moment. These cookies are lusciously rich and perfect to curb all those chocolaty peanut butter cravings you might have.

But before you make these I have to warn you: Flourless Brownie Peanut Butter Swirl Cookies must be consumed with a large glass of milk.

In a mixing bowl combine:
  •  4 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1 1/3 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
Mix until evenly distributed.

Add: 
  • 3 Egg Whites
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
Mix well.

Add 1 cup chocolate chips and stir until evenly distributed.

How to cook Flourless Brownie Peanut Butter Swirl Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl combine peanut butter with 2 tablespoons powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl combine remaining powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and sea salt until evenly distributed.
  4. Add egg whites, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
  5. Stir in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  6. Drop peanut butter mixture by the tablespoon into the chocolate mixture and swirl lightly.
  7. Using a cookie scoop or heaping tablespoon and drop onto parchment lined cookie sheet.
  8. Bake for 12-14 minutes until cookies are puffed, cracked and set around the edges.
  9. Allow cookies to cool on the cookie sheet and then remove to an airtight container.
