I've been dreaming of Whiskey Raspberry Lime Floats since Colt made them last weekend. It's the perfect after dinner adult treat. I absolutely love this cocktail, and think it's a great for summertime or entertaining. It's simple to make, and so flavorful. Whiskey, 7up, and lime are combined, then a float of Raspberry Sorbet on the top for an extra special adult treat.I know the sorbet looks hard in the photos but it melts pretty quickly into the cocktail for a delicious concoction.Whisky Raspberry Lime Floats are a delicious summertime adult treat for a hot day! Slice 1 whole Lime.
Pour 1 shot of your favorite Whiskey over a few ice cube, and add a squeeze of lime juice for each serving.
Stir together until well combined.
Add 7up leaving room for raspberry sorbet.
Scoop Raspberry Sorbet and add to cocktail.
Garnish Whiskey Raspberry Lime Floats with Fresh Raspberries and Lime Slices.
You can always skip adding ice and mix the 7up with whisky and lime in a shaker jar and pour the mixture directly over the top of the sorbet. The ice just keeps the cocktails cool a little while longer.

Ingredients:
- 1 shot Whiskey (We used Makers Mark)
- Ice
- 7Up
- 1 slice Lime
- 1 scoop Raspberry Sorbet
- Lime Slices and Fresh Raspberries For Garnishing
Instructions:
- Place a few ice cubes in a tumbler glass.
- Pour 1 shot whiskey over the top, 7up, and a squeeze of lime juice. Stir together until well combined. Add a scoop of raspberry sorbet. Garnish with lime and fresh raspberries.
