Sliced Pumpkin Bread with Streusel Topping lightly dusted with powdered sugar.Pumpkin Bread with Streusel Topping is a favorite quick bread recipe to make! It's perfect for fall baking and makes 2 loaves, because 1 just isn't enough.

It's somewhere between traditional Pumpkin Bread and Pumpkin Coffee Cake. It has a deliciously moist spiced pumpkin maple crumb with an amazing cinnamon streusel topping.

We love to enjoy it for breakfast, brunch, an afternoon snack, or dessert. No time is off limits. Pumpkin Bread with Streusel topping is a favorite for holiday baking since it makes 2 loaves and everyone seems to devour it.

  1. Question
I unwrapped our turkey this morning. It looks like is bruised.
It has bruised markings. Would you recommend a new turkey. Or use it?

    1. Hi! As long as it's not extremely extensive or associated with punctures, cuts or tears you should be fine. The USDA says: A bruise associated with cuts, scratches or punctures could contain bacteria which could make someone sick if the injured tissue were not removed, or the poultry part was not cooked to a safe minimum internal temperature of 165 °F(73.9° C) as measured with a food thermometer. I hope that helps you make a decision. Thanks, Serena
