Weekly meal plans ideas to help with breakfast and dinner. Plan 3.

Another wonderful week filled with total deliciousness!

Meal planning has become such an easy way to help us keep from going out to eat at the last minute when we aren't sure what to make and by not eating out it's helping to save some money. Plus I know what the quality of the food we've been feeding our family is.

Dependent on your family size you might have more leftovers to take a night off from cooking and have a leftover night. In our house leftovers never last long since Colt usually eats them for lunch..

Sunday:

Breakfast: Caramel Pineapple Sauce over Perfect Waffles.

We make a double batch of these on Sunday morning and freeze the leftovers immediately on a cookie sheet before storing in a ziploc bag for an easy weekday breakfast option. We just reheat the leftovers in the toaster.

Sunday Supper: One Pot Tortellini With Sausage Spinach & Artichokes and possibly a green salad.

Dessert: Molten Chocolate Lava Cakes with Vanilla Ice Cream.

Monday:

Breakfast: Egg or Oatmeal and Fruit.

Dinner: Chipotle Black Beans and Cornbread.

Dessert: Skip or leftovers

Tuesday:

Breakfast: Bakery-Style Double Chocolate Chip Muffins, Eggs, Fruit.

Dinner: Gingered Mussels and Clams with Kale.

This is always a favorite in our house and so easy to make. If you don't like the mussels or the clams use more of the one you prefer.

Dessert: Quick S'mores Cookie Bars

These are always a favorite in our house and are s'more mixed with a rice crispy treat. So good and extremely easy to make.

Wednesday:

Breakfast: Eggs, Oatmeal or Leftover Perfect Waffles and Fruit.

Dinner: Crock Pot Beef Vegetable Barley Soup

Dessert: Leftover Quick S'mores Cookie Bars

Thursday:

Breakfast: Yogurt, Granola and Fruit.

Dinner: Creamy Bacon Chicken and Pasta Skillet and Pan Roasted Asparagus

Dessert: Gluten Free Egg Free Double Chocolate Peanut Butter Bite Cookies.

Friday:

Breakfast: Eggs, Waffles or Oatmeal and Fruit.

Dinner: Broccoli Ham and Cheese Pockets or Pizza.

Dessert: Leftover Cookies.

Saturday:

Breakfast: Odds and Ends Breakfast with Fruit and Sour Dough Toast.

Dinner: Grilled Romaine Hearts Tomatoes & Shrimp With A Basil Vinaigrette and Pizzeria Style Cheesy Breadsticks.

Dessert: Very Berry Pie with possibly a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream.

  1. Serena, I've been saying for 2 years that I need to start using meal plans, but I can't get myself to commit to a dish! I'm too indecisive... and too crazy busy! There are days when I pull chicken out to make for dinner and then I get caught up in a photo shoot and we end up with a pizza delivery... LOL
