Cheesy Sausage Stuffed Red Potatoes
This post is sponsored by the Idaho® Potato Commission in conjunction with a social media campaign through Sunday Supper LLC. All opinions are my own.

My entire family is addicted to these Cheesy Sausage Stuffed Red Potatoes. We ate a whole pan of these the other night, and the kids still wanted more! They are perfect as finger food, a side, or even a main dish. Each marvelous red potato is salted, then filled with a sausage, cream cheese, and fontina cheese, before being covered with crunchy panko bread crumbs. The tops are then baked until golden brown for the ultimate finger food.

Cheesy Sausage Stuffed Red Potatoes make the perfect game day food for your next party!

Whiskey Raspberry Lime Floats

Whiskey Raspberry Lime Floats             I've been dreaming of Whiskey Raspberry Lime Floats since Colt made them last weekend. It's the perfect after dinner adult treat. I absolutely love this cocktail, and think it would be great for Valentines Day, or entertaining. It's simple to make, and so flavorful. Whiskey, 7up, and lime are combined, then a float of Raspberry Sorbet on the top for an extra special adult treat. I know the sorbet looks hard in the photos but it melts pretty quickly into the cocktail for a delicious concoction.

Crock Pot Hamburger Vegetable Soup

Crock Pot Hamburger Vegetable Soup
I made Crock Pot Hamburger Vegetable Soup last weekend. I'm one of those people who loves soup year-round, but when the weather drops below 50 it's a must have in our house! We eat soup multiple times a week this time of year.

I love Crock Pot Hamburger Vegetable Soup for numerous reasons but my top 3 are: 1. It's the perfect use for whatever leftover veggies you need to use up in the fridge. 2. I almost always have something on hand to make this come together. 3. It's super easy, comforting, and healthy enough to be considered diet food without having to diet, because no one wants to diet! If I think the word diet I almost have to run and grab a cake to counteract the thought.. So we can just call this soup healthier eating.

Warm, comforting, and delicious.. Here's the recipe:

Tiramisu Angel Food Cake

Wednesday, January 11, 2017
Tiramisu Angel Food Cake consists of light airy layers of angel food cake, liquor infused espresso, creamy marscapone filling, and topped with chocolate curls.
If we go out to eat and Tiramisu's on the dessert menu it's almost always my guaranteed pick. Tiramisu is traditionally made with ladyfingers, but I used Angel Food Cake soaked in liquor infused espresso or strong coffee could be used, and then covered in creamy marscapone mixture that's hard to keep from eating straight out of the bowl. Tiramisu Angel Food Cake is best made at least 8 hours ahead of time so the flavors can mingle in the fridge but an overnight is even better. It holds up exceptionally well made a day ahead of time.

In Italian Tiramisu translates into "pick me up" and this dessert is sure to pick you up at the end of the day. Tiramisu Angel Food Cake is a slice of heaven for the taste buds.

Sticky Chipotle Honey Baked Hot Wings

Sticky Chipotle Honey Baked Hot Wings
These Sticky Chipotle Honey Baked Hot Wings are one of the "it" things in our house at the moment.
Sticky, sweet and spicy and oooh sooo good!
What's not to love?
We have some form of hot wings at least once a week but these bad boys have been making a weekly appearance recently.
They are super easy to make and pack a little hidden punch at the end.
The sauce can easily be adjusted from a little hot to flaming dependent on how many chipotle peppers you add.
I usually make the sauce with one pepper and cook some of the wings in a small pan for our youngest and then add another pepper for the rest of us.
2 Chipotle peppers seems to give a decent amount of heat.
If you really like to knock your socks off 3-4 chipotle peppers are sure to light your mouth on fire.
Be warned this sauce is a bit of a creeper.. The honey hits the tongue and they don't seem to hot but a few seconds later the chipotle gives a little kick!
Here's how to make these...
